Meet the Physicians
Brady Allen, MD
Dr. Allen received his medical degree and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Virginia School of Medicine.
Dr. Allen moved to Brentwood, Tennessee in 2007. He is an emergency physician at Baptist Hospital and Middle Tennessee Medical Center. At MTMC, he serves as the Vice-Chief of Emergency Medical Services, and he is a board member of the Quality and Credentialing Committee.
Dr. Allen is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and a fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. He is married with four children and enjoys fishing, boating, and outdoor activities with his family.

Stephen Anderson, MD
Dr. Anderson is a native of Brentwood. He received his medical degree from East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Louisville Hospital where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Anderson is an emergency physician at Baptist Hospital and Middle Tennessee Medical Center.
Dr. Anderson is board certified in Emergency Medicine and a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hiking, and coaching/playing soccer.

Kevin Beier, MD
Dr. Beier received his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Dr. Beier moved to Brentwood in 2004. He is an emergency physician at Baptist Hospital and Middle Tennessee Medical Center where he served as the Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Beier is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and has served as the President of the Tennessee chapter of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.

Nabil Boutros, MD
Dr. Boutros received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio.
From 1997 to 2004, Dr. Boutros served active duty in the U.S. Air Force. After an initial assignment as Medical Director and Chief of Emergency Services at MacDill AFB in Tampa Florida, he then served as Section Chief of Critical Care Aeromedical Transport for the 16th Medical Support Squadron, Air Force Special Operations Command at Hurlburt Field, Florida achieving the rank of Major.
Dr. Boutros moved to Franklin, Tennessee in 2007. He is an attending emergency physician and currently the Chairman of the Emergency Department at Middle Tennessee Medical Center.
Dr. Boutros is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and is a board member of the Tennessee chapter of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. He is married and has three children.

Brian Fengler, MD
Dr. Fengler received his medical degree from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Virginia.
Dr. Fengler moved to Franklin, Tennessee in 2008. He is an emergency physician at Baptist Hospital and Middle Tennessee Medical Center. He is the Founder and President of Medical Decisions, LLC.
Dr. Fengler is board-certified in Emergency Medicine. In his spare time he enjoys basketball, volleyball, softball, tennis, running, cycling, yoga, watersports, reading, finance/economics and traveling.

David Whetstone, MD
Dr. Whetstone received his medical degree from East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Virginia where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Whetstone moved to Brentwood, Tennessee in 2008. He is an emergency physician at Baptist Hospital and Middle Tennessee Medical Center where he serves on the Critical Care Committee.
Dr. Whetstone is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and a fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. In his spare time he enjoys kayaking, mountain biking and surfing with his family.
